  • We recommend booking appointments in advance.
  • Please arrive 5–10 minutes early to ensure a relaxed experience.
  • Arriving more than 10 minutes late may result in a shortened service or rescheduling.
  • We do our best to accommodate, but we respect everyone’s time.

 

SERVICE GUARANTEE

  • If you are not satisfied, please contact us within 3 days of your service so we can make it right.
  • Fixes must be performed by the same technician unless otherwise approved.

 

PAYMENTS & GRATUITY

  • We accept cash, major credit cards, Apple Pay, and Zelle.
  • Gratuity is appreciated and can be given directly to your technician.

 

HEALTH & SAFETY

  • If you have any nail conditions, open wounds, or contagious illnesses, please let us know before your service.
  • We follow strict sanitation protocols and use disposable or disinfected tools for each client.

 

PERSONAL BELONGINGS

  • Please keep personal items with you. Luxe Nail AZ is not responsible for lost or damaged belongings.

 

PRICING & CLIENT RESPONSIBILITY

  • Prices vary based on service type, nail condition, length, and design complexity.
  • Clients are responsible for asking about prices before the service begins.
  • Once service starts, it is assumed the client has agreed to the price quoted.
  • We do not offer refunds for any reason.

 

GEL & ACRYLIC POLICY

  • Soak-offs for outside work may require extra time and fee depending on the condition of the nails.
  • We cannot guarantee results for products applied elsewhere.
